OOPS WE DID IT AGAIN!!

Our big announcement.. we have purchased another house in Cape Coral FL to add to our portfolio of Short Term/Vacation Rental Homes. I know, I know, We said we were done rehabbing homes in Cape Coral Fl.

Although we have rehabbed 13 homes in Florida, we have sold a few and consolidated our homes in Cape Coral. This was our plan for ease of management for our teams and for us, and it makes it great for us to have our family together around the lake. It makes for a great time.

Pool deck..We received a phone call from a past guest. His father had passed. As a lasting legacy for their father, this family wanted us to turn their father’s house into an amazing Vacation Rental for their family to enjoy for years to come.

After some back and forth we agreed to terms.

The house is across the lake from SchellTopia, SunSet Cottage and Mermaid Cove. It is the same floor plan as SeaGlass, therefore we are familiar with what needs to happen. It does not currently have a pool, but it does have a HOT TUB TIME MACHINE IN THE LANAI!! OH BOY!! We are going to see if we can rehab this bad boy!

Stu and I will be moving into this house this

Week to use it as our Florida home base for the next few years while we renovate it.
